Saving a Document

While documents are autosaved, it’s a good habit to manually save your document to a specific location for easy access.

When creating a new document, open Essayist, navigate to the desired folder in the Document Browser, and create the document directly within that folder by selecting the Create Essay button. This ensures your work is organized from the start and easily accessible in the location of your choice.
